Home Rental Search ( 1 Day – Non-accompanied) includes providing you with a list of properties and arrange property viewings that meet your specific property requirements. We do not accompany you on property visits. After you have selected a property, we will then take over the process to conclusion.
Home Rental Search ( 1 Day - Non-accompanied)
This program is identical to the accompanied program except that our consultant will not accompany you during the property visits. The customer visits the properties individually. In the event a property is selected, we then take over with the lease application and the services as described in the accompanied program.
Our Home Rental Search - Non-accompanied - for 1 day includes:
- Individual interview to understand the precise housing criteria in terms of budget, type, size, location, personal needs, anticipated entry date etc
- Needs Assessment Questionnaire
- Your personal Relocation Consultant to accompany you after you reviewed & chosen your property
- Independent search on the entire real estate market in the given location, aligned to the validated housing criteria
- Preparation of individual viewing program at a pre-agreed date(s)
- Lease application and negotiation
- Presence at the official moving-in inspection
- Property and keys handover
- 1 month help-line
