Reviewing your original application and reasons given for the refusal; Advising you on the positives & potential negatives of making an appeal; Completion of the necesssary appeals forms; Preparing and submitting to the authorities a comprehensive document(s) detailing why your visa or permit should be approved; Providing an expert immigration lawyer or adviser (as necessary) to accompany and represent you at any meetings with the authorities until a final decision is given.
