The Coordinator Assistance Service (Full Service) helps you to manage all or parts of your destination, moving and immigration services & needs. Your relocation coordinator provides you with a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) and will manage all vendors, suppliers and services you need. This coordination service is suitable for customer who are managing their own relocation, or need someone to coordinate the suppliers and services you have, or will purchase.
Service may include:
- A single point of contact (your coordinator)
- Communication coordination between you, your chosen relocation suppliers (movers, home search consultants, immigration consultants etc)and your company HR, if relevant
- Ensure that the services you have purchased are within the limits of your company HR policy (unless this is a 100% private relocation)
- Feedback report at the end of the service
- Follow up of any claims
- Invoice review and follow up
A professional coordinator must respect the relationship between the customer and the service supplier, and will not offer alternative suppliers, unless specifically asked to do so by the customer.
