Fees | Marketplace commission

We charge providers a 7.5% commission on any orders processed via our marketplace. This rate may change as the marketplace matures. Providers will be notified 30 days in advance of any changes.

Fees | Provider registration

We do not currently charge a registration fee to providers.

Payments | General Payment Process

Customers can pay using multiple methods, including credit / debit cards and bank transfer. We use the STRIPE (www.stripe.com) Payment Gateway to process payments from customers to providers and our marketplace

Payments are made automatically. Gorelocate does not receive customer  money, unless specifically request to do so, in writing, by the customer. The process is as follows;

Customer makes payment online for a product(s) via the Stripe Payment Gateway.

Stripe automatically processes the payment to the provider(s), minus the Marketplace Commission, which is paid directly to GoRelocate. All payments are processed to the provider and the marketplace within seven working days.

Payments | Marketplace Client Accounts

The marketplace (including owner Easyrelo Ltd and www.GoRelocate.com) does not operate a Client Account. Client Account services may be provided if specifically requested by a customer, business customer or business partner. Please make any requests to admin@GoRelocate.com

Payments | Payment Frequency | Customers

Customer payments are made instantly via the Stripe Payment Gateway.

Payments | Payment Frequency | Providers & Marketplace

Payments to providers and the marketplace are transacted every seven days.  This is done to;

  • Allow for refunds and due dilligence
  • Reduce the transaction costs for providers and the marketplace

Payments | Refunds | Customers

Customers are entitled to refund depending on the terms and conditions of each product(s) they purchased. Different providers may have different terms and conditions for the same product.

Payments | Refunds | Providers

Each provider has the option to refuse an order and refund any monies received, or due to be received. This option can be triggered automatically by the vendor during the payment processing period.  (For example: a provider may decide not to accept a customers order after the provider has done their due diligence on the customer).

Provider Approval | Criteria

We are an open, transparent and fair marketplace. The marketplace is open to all professional vendors who can demonstrate their professional status.  Current standard approved criteria is either;

  • Member of your national relevant industry association
  • Member of a recognised international relevant industry association
  • Providers whose most senior authorised person has minimum 3 years relevant industry management experience
  • Others on request

Note: We reserve the right to refuse any  industry association« if we are of the opinion that this association is not credible.

 Provider Approval | Right to Refuse

We reserve the right not to approve a provider  for our marketplace, based on any current criteria imposed by the marketplace. Providers may appeal against any refusal by writing to us at vendors@GoRelocate.com stating their reasons and providing any additional documentation.

Provider-Customer Reviews & Ratings

Customers are able to rate the service/product from all providers. These reviews are public on the www.GoRelocate.com marketplace.

Nobody is perfect. We realise from time to time that providers cannot always provide 100% satisfaction. We also realise that sometimes customers expectations are not met, or in some cases, unrealistic. If you are a provider and you dispute a customers rating review, then you have three options:

  • Do nothing.
  • Contact the customer to resolve any open issues
  • Go to arbitration

We do NOT remove any ratings, unless there is a legal or other serious reason to do so. We believe in full transparency, in all its good and not so good forms. If a customer and a provider go to arbitration, we will accept the findings of the arbitration, and may remove a negative rating, if arbitration favours the provider.

Provider Pricing | Validity Period

Providers pricing on all products are valid for 30 days unless specifically approved by the marketplace (e.g. obvious pricing mistake or change to the service description of a standard template product. Providers failing to adhere to this policy will be immediately removed from the marketplace.
